Please read the following for information on what to include when submitting your support ticket. If you have a bank account with us, please use your account to login. If you do not, please create a ticket as a guest.

Password Issue/Reset: If you are having trouble logging in, please first try logging into the WordPress backend here: WP Admin. If that does not work, and you are not receiving an email for your password reset, please start a ticket and confirm if we have permission to create a new password to be sent to you. From there, you can reset your password once you are able to login.

CDLB Voucher Redemption: Please submit your vouchers here moving forward and attach the voucher to the ticket. Please name the voucher file using the naming convention here: Name-Date

affirmed American National or Declared Resident Payment: If you have made a payment to the Treasury for becoming an affirmed American National or Declared Resident, please fill out a ticket stating what the payment is for. The Treasury will pass this information along to the registrar.

UCD Recall (Exchange for GPU): The Ministry of Finance is now issuing GPU tokens instead of UCD tokens. If you would like to have your GPU tokens exchanged for UCD tokens, please send the UCD to the Treasury Distributor Account here: GACRAPNVSHW55RMB6HTRUNEHEDIRRB44CR34IDGFSFXIGNMTPZVZ54M5

Please fill in a ticket, with your Wallet Address, and UCD Token Quantity and the Ministry of Finance will issue you the market value equivalent in GPU. Please allow 5-10 business days for this exchange to be made.

Minister’s Permit or reign citizen ID payment: If you have made a payment to the Treasury for an ID, please fill out a ticket stating what the payment is for. The Treasury will pass this information along to the Ministry of Interior and Reign Relations.
